2210 High Temperature Pre-insulated

DEKORON®/Unitherm™ Series 2210 pre-insulated tubing is a thermally insulated transportation line suitable for high temperature steam, gas or liquid transport. The bundles are designed to maintain an average outer jacket temperature below 170ºF (77ºC) at continuous operating temperatures up to 1100ºF (593ºC). Please note that tubing sizes and materials are limited in design for applications above 700ºF. The 2210 series is used extensively in refinery, petrochemical and combined cycle power generation. Unlike field insulated systems which are extremely difficult to seal, 2210 pre-insulted utilizes a continuous extruded polymer jacket to prevent moisture egress which is the primary cause of insulation failure.
