High Temperature MI Heater

High Temperature MI Heater

High Temperature MI Heater

High temperature mineral insulated bundles are designed for direct heater contact with process tubes operating between 250°F and 1,100°F continuous service. MI constructions do not require buffering of the heater but are made to specific length and can’t we trimmed  in the field. In a effort to reduce cost and lead-times associated with MI DEKORON®/Unitherm™ developed a carrier tube design which allows for bulk manufacture of the bundle which is cut in the field and matched up with standardized lengths of mineral insulated heater.

Applications for this product include

  • High temperature maintenance of process lines
  • Freeze protection of analyzer and instrument lines.
