2201-2204 Steam Trace
2201-2204 Steam Trace
Dekoron/Unitherm Models 2201 through 2204 steam traced tubing bundles are designed to maintain fluid temperature or viscosity in process lines using saturated steam. These products contain single or multiple metal or polymer process tubes and a metal steam tracer tube covered with a heat reflecting foil, moisture resistant, non-wicking, inorganic fibrous glass thermal insulation and a seamless weather protective outer jacket. The tubes are cabled to provide solid contact and consistent heat transfer throughout the bundle length. The cabled tubes are easily bent in any direction. There is no need to twist the bundle to make a bend, a necessity with parallel-tube bundles. The compact, energy efficient design keeps the outer jacket at or below 140°F (60°C) while transporting fluids at temperatures up to 400°F (204°C).
